Approvals were managed via email, bank reconciliations were performed manually, and inventory tracking was dependent on time-consuming monthly counts. In fixed asset management, real-time lifecycle tracking and depreciation forecasting were lacking, while the retail unit suffered from poor product visibility for LPG, PMS, and lubricants. 

The production team struggled to reconcile planned vs actual outputs, while finance teams had difficulty tracking spend by product line. These disjointed operations highlighted the need for a modern ERP solution powered by intelligent automation and AI.
